After a brief hiatus, YoFresh Yogurt Cafe-Evanston is back!

YoFresh owners Jean and Larry Murphy are so committed to Evanston. Help support their cafe, located at 635 Chicago Ave in Southport Plaza. It's been much more than a business: it's provided a cozy gathering place for parents and kids to grab something healthy and spend time together.
Grab some homemade lemon bars and brownies, healthy fruit smoothies, or yogurts filled with probiotics, calcium and protein.
They're taking curbside orders every day from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Reach them at 847-859-6408, and check out their food menu here.
Together with Clarence Weaver and Wendy Weaver, the Murphys started the Black Business Consortium Evanston North Shore in 2015 to support Black businesses, strengthen them through partnerships and collaborations, and introduce them to the broader community. For the past five years, they've offered the now-famous "Le Tour de Noir" narrated bus tours of Evanston's black businesses. Their last one, scheduled for April 4, was, of course, cancelled as a result of Covid-19.
