ETHS grads announce 2nd food drive August 8

The second Evanston Food Drive, organized by Evanston Township High School (ETHS) alums Parker English and Grace Sarkor, will take place on Saturday, August 8.

Their first drive last week was so successful that the two young women were prompted to organize another one!

As before, the food drive will take place in the parking lot across from ETHS on Dodge Ave.

If you have food to donate, drop-off: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

If you need food, pick up a box: 2 p.m. until supplies are depleted.

How you can help in three steps:

Step 1 - Donate to the drive's GoFundMe

Funds will be used to purchase and package groceries for those in need.

Step 2 - Donate non-perishable Food On the day of the food drive organizers will accepting non-perishable food donations from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Stop by and donate whatever you can.

Step 3 - Help spread the word about the food drive!

Tell a friend, family member, or someone that might need the help.
