Moran Center's Virtual Gala will Feature Co-Creators of "Ear Hustle"

If you've ever listened to the Ear Hustle Podcast, you know how powerful it is--a show, now in its fifth season, that shares the daily realities of life inside prison by those living it, and stories from the outside, post-incarceration. Last week, the podcast was selected as a finalist for a Pulitzer Prize.

So you won't want to miss the James B. Moran Center for Youth Advocacy virtual gala event at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, when "Ear Hustle" co-creators Nigel Poor and Earlonne Woods will join in conversation with WBEZ's Jenn White.

The Moran Center provides disinvested Evanston youth and their families with integrated legal and social work services to improve their quality of life at home, at school, and within the community, and its Board of Directors will match, dollar-for-dollar, the first $50,000 raised in support of the virtual gala.

Also, save this link to the Moran Center's Facebook page, as the virtual gala will be streamed there!
