There's help out there if you're struggling, Evanston!

Stephen Vick, executive director of the Infant Welfare Society of Evanston, posted this video yesterday about how much he needed a mental health break.

When I asked if I could share it here, he didn't hesitate.

He said he hopes the video will help others out there.
