— Alisa Kaplan, Executive Director, Reform For Illinois, will speak about broader issues with vote by mail - research on fraud and partisanship, national trends in vote by mail and election administration.

— Rose Colacino, Election Integrity & Security Voters' Rights Leader of Indivisible Illinois, will moderate the question-and-answer period.
