Has racism or violent crime affected your sleep?

August 11, 2019

Julie Deardorff of Northwestern University's School of Education and Social Policy is looking for someone to talk about whether racism (real or perceived) and/or violent crime has affected their sleep.

This is for a story she's writing for Northwestern University's School of Education and Social Policy alumni magazine about sleep, stress, and racism.

The School has a researcher who studies sleep and cortisol. Please message her privately if you can help.
